The Catalyst Group is assisting a growing manufacturing client in Nogales, AZ in their search for a packaging engineer. This is a hybrid position that will work with new material qualifications, create and execute protocols, and manage Packaging Change Projects, while incorporating them into the equipment/manufacturing process. A full scope of packaging will be involved from thermoforming to FFS, interacting with all facets of the manufacturing process with a focus on quality, productivity and cost

Required Qualifications: Engineering degree and a minimum of 2 years experience as a Packaging Engineer with a focus on packaging equipment / tooling selection and manufacturing. Must be a team player open to new challenges and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Highly Desired: Packaging Engineering degree, Spanish skills, and experience in a highly-regulated environment (GMP, FDA, etc.).
