The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com has partnered with a growing industrial equipment company that is growing their sales force due to an increased demand in their products. This newly created position will be responsible for all sales activities including preparation of commercial proposals and execution of negotiations while directing customer contact or through key channel partners while increasing sales. This is a home based position with 70% travel initially with that number decreasing over time.

There is a competitive package of compensation and benefits, 401K and a growth oriented commission structure.

ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED: 5+ years of sales experience of capital equipment specifically within petro chemical, carbon paste, pharmaceutical, plastics or waste water with a preference towards blending/mixing equipment.
