The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is assisting a growing infrastructure and solutions provider in the telecom industry located outside of Philadelphia in their search for an Account Executive. The Strategic Account Executive will be responsible for client acquisition strategies for one or more key vertical markets. This is both a hunter and account manager role with a strong dose of project management. After penetration of a new customer, this position will manage program oversight to insure contract compliance and sub contractor service agreements are completed. This is a strategic role that will help direct the sales and marketing group for all service offerings through market intelligence and research while integrating the offerings of other applicable business units within the company.

Critical for this role is experience with project or program oversight to insure key compliance and execution phases are delivered.

• Job tracking and financial system reports to identify problems and issues, make recommendations for improvement.

• Negotiation of joint venture agreements, technology partnership agreements and master service agreements. Writing proposals, participating in the agreement and contract negotiation process, working with internal and external counsel, customer procurement and contract representatives.

• Provide oversight of “buy-out” and purchase order or subcontract terms & conditions on major material and subcontractor agreements related to large contract awards.

REQUIRED: 15+years of experience in advanced technology telecommunications with proven leadership experience in strategic account and client management. Strong experience developing strategic business in Data Center environments where consolidation, consulting, design, installation, maintenance, Voice and VOIP technologies were required along with large scale wireless technology deployments
