The Catalyst Group www.catgroupinc.com is working with a fast growing medical device client to identify and evaluate a Marketing and Communications Director for a newly created role. This position will be an integral strategic voice in developing and executing the marketing and communications for this medical/surgical product line. This role will have managerial responsibilities over a small group while leading advertising/web strategies, brand management/initiatives, with a cross functional dotted line to sales and product marketing teams while initiating and executing exceptional materials supporting new and existing products. This role will have exposure and interaction with global divisions within the company.

ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED: 4 year degree. Current Sr. Manager or Director Level experience with e marketing communication including direct supervision of a team. At least 10-12 years of increasing responsibility .
