Our client is a growing medical device manufacturing company in Boulder, CO, and they have asked us to help them identify and evaluate a Financial Analysis and Planning Director.

We’re seeking someone with a Master’s in Accounting or Finance with a CPA or CMA and 10+ years of full P&L statement analysis experience including the management of forecasting, financial planning, and budget review for a $350M+ Manufacturing business. Requirements also include strong Leadership qualities and 5 years of supervisory experience as well as career drive, promotability, and the professionalism needed to work closely with senior management. This position will report to the Controller and work closely with the Global Finance team, with direct supervisory responsibility for the FP&A team. Additional duties include participation in strategic acquisition planning and other financial analysis projects as needed.
