The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is looking for Field Service Supervisor with strong experience with rotating equipment, primarily motors, AC drives, servo motors, gearboxes or a similar industrial/electrical product line. This position will supervise field technicians and mechanics to repair, refurbish, replace their electric motors, gearbox’s, PLC’s, and associated equipment. This process will start at the point of sale and act as a subject matter expert to the customer.

ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED: Technical savvy and an understanding of industrial electrical motor lines (or a similar industrial, electric line) with a preference (though not required) towards an engineering degree. The ability to tear down a electric motor. From table top to 12k horse power, AC and DC, Brushless. Both vertical mounts or horizontal. This is a “customer facing” role requiring strong communication skills along with a technical accumen.
