The Catalyst Group www.catgroupinc.com is working with a fast growing, high volume manufacturing client to identify an Operations Manager for a newly vacated (transfered/promoted) role. This position will be responsible direct reports in manufacturing, planning and engineering while having an overall responsibility of 200 salaried and hourly. Aside from the functional management responsibilities, this role will be focused on cost savings, continuous improvement and resource allocation in a high volume, commodity driven environment.

ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED: 4 year degree. Progressive responsibility in high volume manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing of some flavor. Medical Device. The ideal candidate will have ISO 13485 standards along with GMP’s.
