The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is representing a strong, rapidly growing medical device company located in Boulder, CO. The Product Manager will develop and execute the strategic and tactical upstream marketing functions of an existing and expanding global product line. An emphasis will be placed on the candidate’s ability to participate interactively with Sales to deepen market penetration as well as with clinical KOL to nurture and drive R&D projects from conception through commercialization to launch. Duties will include developing advertising, promotional and market plans, analyzing sales forecasts, evaluating new market opportunities, reporting sales and profit, training sales and customers, etc.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or similar). 5+ years marketing experience in product management roles within the Medical Devices industry (medical device experience is an ABSOLUTE requirement). Strong understanding of development processes and proven experience in developing and launching new products. Strong team player with mature, professional confidence and ability to troubleshoot and recommend corrective action. Technical clinical expertise with class II and class III medical devices.

Preferred Qualifications: MBA. Experience interacting with Clinical and KOL, portfolio planning, commercial savvy, and ability to ‘think on your feet.’ Total commitment to quality. Some sales and/or technical medical engineering experience helpful.
