The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is looking for a sales professional with 3+ years in industrial sales and some experience with rotating equipment, primarily motors, AC drives and gearboxes. It is absolutely critical that any candidate possess and can demonstrate: (1) thorough fact finding skills and (2) ability to articulate and manage a process. Candidates will be rigorously screened for their history of being able to articulate and close on highly technical sales or services. The sales process involves the ability to complete highly articulate and well written technical proposals and presentations to technical/industrial clients. This is a true “outside sales” position that will rely on lead generation, new client development and a “door knocking” sales approach”.

There is a competitive package of compensation and benefits, fully paid pension, 401K and a growth oriented commission structure. ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED: Technical savvy and an understanding of industrial electrical motor lines with a preference (though not required) towards an engineering degree. The ability to answer the following questions: Where have you developed business where it hasn’t existed previously? Can you quantify your sales approach and qualify the results? Have you set your own appointments, generated your own leads and closed sales autonomously?
