The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com has been tasked by a growing manufacturing client in central Florida to identify and evaluate a seasoned supervisor for the injection molded tooling department. This position will manage all process improvement, preventative maintenance, and repair effort as it pertains to plastic molds and molding machines with responsibility for supporting process validations for all of the tool room activities for the facility This position will also act as subject matter expert for tooling to ensure maximum equipment up time while managing a group of 15+ associates including departmental budget.

REQUIRED:

• BS Degree-NO EXCEPTIONS
• 5+ years of tooling.
  
• 4+ years direct supervisory experience.
  
• Hands-on technical (not just managerial) tooling experience
• CNC programming experience with mills, lathes and EDM machines
