Our client is seeking a Program Manager to lead diverse and innovative R&D programs from concept through the commercial phase to including business planning, coordinating pipeline, prototype conception, design review, FMEA, project scheduling, manufacturing interface, pilot production, product transfer, etc. An emphasis will be placed on the candidate’s ability to serve as the technical expert and provide support for all development activities.

REQUIRED: Absolutely Required: 4-year Technical Degree. 8+ years of Engineering / Scientist / Chemist experience with leadership in 3-5 major FDA-regulated programs with definitive market success THROUGH COMMERCIALIZATION. Ability to learn quickly and manage unknowns. Extremely solid Engineering skills and knowledge of FDA Design Control. Business Development participation and entrepreneurial mindset. Supervisory responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent experience; Mechanical / Electrical background; Medical Device experience that includes a variety of product lines including surgical devices and polymer-based disposables; SAS or other statistical-based analysis programs.
