The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is assisting a growing project management and network development company in their search for a Project Manager for the Washington, D.C. market.

Operations: Senior level Project Management, RFP’s, contracts, blueprints, project specifications, and system documentation is critical. This role will also have approval authority on project material and administrative expenditures including the management of all reports within the division.

Sales: Although this is mainly an operations role, there will be some sales support of new clients, development of proposals, technical and cost outlays and statements of work. Voice in the development and implementation of a strategic plan for key businesses in targeted vertical markets.

Absolutely Required-4 year degree. 10 years of progressive experience in telecommunication, datacenter or “in building systems” type industries. A high level of project management. A proven track record building relationships in the greater D.C. area. PM certification, BICSI certification, RCDD preferred. Secret clearance preferred.
