The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is working with a growing, high volume manufacturing client in Central Florida to identify a quality engineer (2-4 years experience) or a Sr. Quality Engineer (5-10 years experience) . This position works directly with Manufacturing/Operations to implement the highest level of quality assurance for the design, testing, and release of materials, components and completed products.  This role is also focused on continuous improvement of product and process and will provide engineering input for corrective and preventative action. Also key for this role are internal audits, supplier audits, CAPA system, environmental monitoring, and OEM customer support

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree Engineering preferred. 2+  years in experience in a high volume, regulated environment with a preference towards medical products or automotive.  Pharmaceutical or food is not applicable.
