Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is looking for a Quality Engineer with a strong background in sterilization validation for medical device and/or pharmaceuticals for a growing client in the Atlanta, GA area. The focus of this role will include Ethylene Oxide validation activities for a wide range of products including research and analysis to support the sterilization programs. An emphasis will also be placed on the candidate’s experience with Quality Assurance for new or modified product adoption, failure investigation, SOP revision and development, and Hazmat environments.

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in a technical science field (Engineering preferred), 3+ years of QA validation experience in a sterilization environment with medical device or pharmaceutical products including a strong understanding of how the influence of packaging, manufacturing processes and environmental regulations affect the validation and sterilization process. Expert technical writing and presentation skills, self-motivated personality, critical decision making ability.
