The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is representing a growing class II and III Medical Device manufacturer in Michigan seeking a leader for their Design Control, Product Realization, Risk Management, and Reliability activities. This will include directly managing Quality R&D Engineers at 2 sites as well as outside consultants in a Project environment to ensure high-quality production, on schedule, through effective cross-functional product development processes with a focus on phase 2-5.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering), 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering and 5 years of Quality Management experience combined with some management training. Large portions of experience must include adherence to FDA and ISO regulations governing medical devices. Candidate must also exhibit strong problem solving and statistical analysis skills.
