Our client is a growing medical device manufacturing company near Atlanta, GA, and they have asked us to help them identify and evaluate a seasoned Quality professional for a Quality Engineer Manager position. We’re seeking a passionate, driven individual with a QE background in complex FDA-regulated products. While having no direct reports, this is a decision-making role supporting New Product Development in a cross-functional Project-based environment with direct business unit responsibility.

REQUIRED: A BS or Business degree; 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience, 4+ years within a New Product Development environment in the Medical Device industry focused on Class II and Class III devices; expertise with Project Management, Design Control, SPC, CAPA, Auditing, Risk Assessment, Stability, and Validation from Concept through Manufacturing.

Highly Desired: An Engineering degree, MBA, PMP / Six Sigma Blackbelt / ASQ certifications. Expert level cross-functional project savvy and creative problem solving initiative. QE of disposable, implantable products used in surgical/critical care.
