The Catalyst Recruiting Group http://www.catgroupinc.com is assisting a nationwide packaging manufacturer serving Fortune 500 companies to identify a Quality Manager for their New Brunswick, NJ plant. This position will supervise 2 Quality Technicians and be responsible for ultimately ensuring that all finished products meet or exceed customer specifications and requirements, serving as the expert in Quality Control and procedures for incoming raw materials as well as finished product. Duties will include compliance to CAPA, Safety, ISO and SOP requirements and documentation of data quality monitoring, test and sampling procedures, equipment calibration, etc.

Required Qualifications include 5+ years of Quality Engineering / Assurance leadership experience in corrugate manufacturing for packaging and permanent displays. Experienced usage of Infinity Quality Systems (IQS). Success in Change Agent roles with documented ability to achieve buy-in including strong cross-functional communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates who also possess a Bachelor’s Degree, ASQ or other professional training and/or certifications, and cGMP and/or FDA experience.
