Daytona, Fla-The Catalyst Recruiting Group www.catgroupinc.com is working with a growing 6/B yr medical products client in central Florida to identify a Safety Specialist. This recently vacated role will be focused on all aspects of occupational safety for this 500 person manufacturing facility. There will be no environmental responsibilities for this role. This will be an autonomous role requiring execution of everything from paperwork/documentation to plant wide safety roll-outs. The thrust of this position will be driving ownership of safety to the entire plant.

ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED: Completed 4 year degree.  Current experience in high speed manufacturing with a preference towards an FDA regulated industry and GMP’s.  OSHA 40 hour cert.
