The Catalyst Group www.catgroupinc.com is working with a fast growing medical device client to identify and evaluate a Director of Clinical Affairs. The Clinical Affairs Director will be the first line interface for media, outside regulatory agencies and the medical community for all clinical information. Along with being a highly visible face for this division, this role will have management and supervisory responsibilities for a staff as well as administration of divisional clinical regulations and training throughout the organization. This role will have cross functional imput into all communication and copy (packaging, advertising, instructions etc.) while also focusing on new product pre-clinical testing and research. The scope of this role will include interaction with marketing, academic, sales, legal, regulatory and outside boards/review groups for products within this division.

ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED: 4 year degree with a masters preferred. At least 10 years of overall experience within clinical research and a strong history managing a team.
