The Catalyst Group www.catgroupinc.com is working with a small medical device contract design and manufacturing firm located near Denver, CO. They are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving complex electro-mechanical product development projects through transfer to production. The successful candidate will lead teams of 10+ electrical, software, mechanical and disposable engineers and technicians while maintaining cost, client and team control in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Software), well-experienced with cross-functional R&D engineering management, Program Management experience (timeline, project flow, documentation, etc.) with a MINIMUM of 2-3 recent class II Medical Devices including Design Control leadership through all stages of development including transfer to manufacturing, ‘hot shot’ technical engineering expertise with electro-mechanical devices, diversity of experience (corporate/start-up, materials, processes, products, etc.), exceptional professional presence in written and personal communication;
